Instructions

6.Place skillet in the oven for 2 minutes, or until lamb is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
7.Take the skillet out of the oven and place on medium heat.
8.Add balsamic vinegar to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
