2 cups whole milk
5 eggs , 4 whole plus one yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup sugar

Instructions

1.In a blender, blend milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

5.Cook the ramekins for 8 minutes and release the pressure. Use tongs to remove the ramekins from the pressure cooker and place them on the cooling rack.
6.Chill the ramekins for at least 4 hours. To serve, run a knife around the edge of each ramekin and invert it onto a plate. Serve immediately.
