400 ml milk
1 cinnamon stick , broken into several pieces
4 whole green cardamom pods
2 slices fresh ginger or 2 slices candied ginger

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan, heat the cinnamon, cardamom pods and ginger with the milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Heat the milk mixture until it just starts to bubble, then remove it from the heat and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dr. Oetker caramel creme dessert mix and the cooled milk mixture.
3.Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
4.Pour the mixture evenly into 6 ramekins or small bowls and place them on a baking tray.
