Ingredients

1 lb shrimp or 1 lb sea scallops ( or both )
1 red peppers or 1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 lb white button mushrooms
1 bottle carribean jerk marinade ( I use KC Masterpiece )
bamboo stick

Instructions

1.Clean the shrimp or scallops and devein them, if necessary.
2.Cut the peppers into 1-inch pieces and remove any seeds or membranes.
3.Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half.
4.Thread the shrimp/scallops, peppers, and mushrooms onto the bamboo skewers, alternating each ingredient.
5.Brush the Caribbean jerk marinade onto the kabobs, making sure to cover all sides.
6.Heat up your grill to medium-high heat.
7.Grill the kabobs on each side for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp/scallops are cooked through.
