1 tablespoon fresh ginger , grated
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1 egg , beaten
1/2 cup fresh cilantro , finely chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

1.Boil the sweet potatoes and potatoes until they become soft.

8.Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts and shape them into patties.
9.Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
