Ingredients

6 cups Rice Krispies
10 ounces marshmallows
3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter
1 bag shredded coconut
green food coloring
1 package marshmallow peeps ( your choice of color-I usually make 24 with blue , pink and yellow birds )
48 jelly beans

Instructions

1.In a large pot, melt the margarine or butter over low heat.
2.Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
3.Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
4.Grease a muffin tin or cooking spray and spoon the Rice Krispies mixture into each cup, pressing down the center to make a nest shape.
5.Add green food coloring to the shredded coconut and stir until evenly colored.
6.Spoon the colored coconut into the center of each nest.
7.Top each nest with a marshmallow peep and two jelly beans for eggs.
8.Allow to cool and set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
