6 1/2 - 7 1/2 cups unsifted flour
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Fleischmann 's margarine
2 packages Fleischmann 's active dry yeast
3 eggs ( at room temperature )
1 cup milk
8 hard-boiled eggs
colored sprinkles ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together 4 cups of flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

4.Add enough flour to make a soft dough that does not stick to your fingers.
5.Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
6.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
7.Grease 8 baking cups or ramekins and place them on a baking sheet. Divide the dough into 8 balls and place one in each cup. Put a hard-boiled egg in the center of each one.
8.Cover the baskets and let them rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
9.Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C. Brush the baskets with beaten egg and sprinkle with colored sprinkles if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
