1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 pinches salt

Instructions

1.Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.

7.Cover batter with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
8.Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a madeleine pan and dust with a light coating of flour.
9.Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, filling each well about 3/4 of the way full.
10.Bake the madeleines until light golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing them to a wire rack.
11.Serve with tea and enjoy.
