Ingredients

100 g icing sugar
10 g cacao or 10 g cocoa ( about 1.5 < Dutch > tablespoon )
1 1/2 tablespoons water
8 pieces fruit ( e.g . pineapple chunks , strawberries )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200C/gas mark 6/400F.
2.In a medium-sized pan, heat the water, salt, and butter until the mixture boils.
3.Add the flour and stir the mixture continuously until it forms a dough.
4.Add the eggs one at a time and beat until well combined.
5.Using a spoon, place the dough on a baking sheet, leaving enough space for them to expand.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
7.In a bowl, whisk the double cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until stiff.
8.Slice off the top of the puff and pipe the whipped cream or spoon it on.
