100 g rice powder
120 g hot water
vegetable oil
green tea powder or cafe 99 instant coffee powder
80 g duo penotti chocolate hazelnut spread
5 -10 g cafe 99 no sugar instant coffee powder
200 g mashed sesame , bean

This recipe offers a unique twist on the traditional mooncake, combining Dutch Duo Penotti chocolate hazelnut spread with mashed sesame and beans, and mashed green beans. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together rice powder and hot water to form a dough.
2.Divide the dough into two equal parts, and add green tea powder or cafe 99 instant coffee powder to one part.
3.In a separate bowl, mix duo penotti chocolate hazelnut spread with cafe 99 no sugar instant coffee powder.
4.Mix the mashed sesame and bean with duo penotti chocolate hazelnut spread. Repeat with the mashed green beans.
5.Divide each dough ball into 10 equal parts and shape them into small, flat disks.
6.Spoon a small amount of each filling (chocolate hazelnut spread mixture, sesame and bean mixture, and green bean mixture) in the center of each disk.
7.Fold the edges of the disks to meet in the middle, and pinch to seal the filling inside.
8.Roll each filled dough ball in vegetable oil and then in rice powder to coat.
9.Place the mooncakes onto a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 170C for 15 minutes.
10.Let the mooncakes cool completely before serving.
