Instructions

1.In a bowl mix minced beef, breadcrumbs, minced onions, egg, 1 cup of cold water, salt and pepper.
2.Divide the mixture into equal portions and flatten them to shape of cutlets.
3.Fry both the sides of cutlets in a skillet.
4.In another pan, fry onions and bacon slices until they become golden brown.
5.Add 1 cup of cold water and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce; cook until the sauce thickens.
6.Pour sauce over the top of the cutlets, garnish with tomato slices and parsley, and serve.
