1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
2 -3 teaspoons hot water
Dutch Cocoa & Pumpkin Brownies (Cake-Like) are a delicious fall treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and pumpkin. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9″ x 13″ cake pan with cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, white sugar, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until fully combined.
3.Add in the pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix until just combined.
4.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
5.While the brownies are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, corn syrup, vanilla, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
6.Add in hot water, one teaspoon at a time, until the frosting reaches the desired consistency.
7.Once the brownies are fully cooked, let them cool completely in the pan before frosting and serving.
