2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2/3 cup white sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.In a mixing bowl, combine apples, 2 tablespoons flour, white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, melted butter, and lemon zest.
3.Mix well and pour mixture into pie shell.
4.In another mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, brown sugar, rolled oats and softened butter.
5.Mix well and sprinkle mixture over the apple filling in the pie shell.
6.Bake pie for around 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apple filling is cooked.
