1 cup chorizo sausage , in slices
3 chopped tomatoes

2 cups cooking sherry
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
