HEALTH & BENEFITS

Due to the high nut and seed content, Duqqah is an excellent source of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.
Hazelnuts are high in healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, iron, and vitamin E, while pistachios are high in protein, fiber, and minerals like potassium and zinc.
Both seeds and nuts have anti-inflammatory properties and may help to reduce the risk of chronic disease when consumed as part of a healthy diet.
