Ingredients

Instructions

4.To make the dumplings, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to dry.
5.Flip the dumpling over and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
6.Remove the dumpling from the skillet and place it on a plate. Add a spoonful of the filling to one half of the dumpling, then fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape.
7.Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
8.Serve the dumplings warm or at room temperature, dusted with powdered sugar.
