1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)
2.Pour the condensed milk into an oven-safe, deep dish and cover it with foil.
3.Place the dish in a larger baking dish and add water to the larger dish until it comes halfway up the side of the deep dish.
4.Bake for 60-90 minutes, checking every 30 minutes and adding more water if necessary.
5.The Dulce de Leche should be thick and caramel-colored when it is done.
