PROS

These Dubliner Palmiers are a delicious, easy-to-make appetizer that will impress your guests.

The puff pastry is perfectly flaky and buttery, and the dubliner cheese and mustard give them a tangy, savory flavor.

They are also a great make-ahead option, as the rolls can be prepared the day before and baked when needed.

CONS

Dubliner cheese can be quite expensive and may not be readily available in all stores.

The rosemary is optional, so if you don’t like the taste of rosemary or don’t have any on hand, the recipe will still work without it.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While these Dubliner Palmiers are not exactly a health food, they are not too unhealthy either.
The puff pastry contains butter and flour, so it is high in calories and carbs, but it is also a good source of healthy fats.
The dubliner cheese adds protein and calcium to the recipe, and mustard contains antioxidants and other beneficial compounds.
