Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
8 ounces cooked thin spaghetti ( follow package directions )
6 scallions , chopped and divided into thirds
4 garlic cloves , finely chopped and divided in half
1 tablespoon garlic and red chile paste ( found in asian isle at your market )
4 tablespoons soy sauce , separated ( I use low sodium )
2 tablespoons sesame oil , Separated
3 -4 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.Begin by cooking the thin spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
2.In a large skillet, heat up 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Cook the ground pork until browned and cooked through, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spatula.
3.Remove the browned pork from the skillet and drain any excess oil.
4.In the same skillet, add the remaining sesame oil, half of the chopped garlic cloves, and half of the chopped scallions. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5.Add the garlic and chile paste to the skillet, then return the cooked pork to the skillet as well. Mix everything together well.
6.Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Mix everything together well until evenly combined.
7.Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the pork mixture and toss everything together well. Add the remaining soy sauce and chopped scallions. Toss well until noodles are well coated in the sauce. Serve hot!
