Instructions

9.Add 1 1/8 cups sugar and mix well.
10.Add 8 cups flour and mix with the dough hook on a stand mixer until combined.
11.Add vanilla sugar and 1 cup whole milk, or as needed to form a smooth elastic dough.
12.Cover the dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
13.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
14.Roll the dough out to fit a baking sheet.
15.Transfer it to the baking sheet.
16.Place the plums evenly on the crust.
17.In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, butter, sugar, and cinnamon to make the crumble.
18.Sprinkle the crumble on top of the plums.
19.Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown.
20.Leave to cool before serving.
