3 very over ripe bananas
1 ripe banana

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Really make sure to fold in the cocoa powder as well to avoid lumps in the batter.
3.In a separate bowl, mash the very overripe bananas until smooth. Add in the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and milk. Mix until very well combined and the mixture is light.
4.Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and carefully fold until just combined. Don't overmix!

6.Line muffin pans with liners and spoon batter into the liners until about 3/4 full.
