8 ounces sushi rice
sushi su seasoning
1 sheet nori
1 ounce cucumber , julienned
1/2 ounce daikon sprouts , julienned
4 ounces broiled freshwater eel
sesame seeds
unagi glaze
pickled ginger
wasabi
soy sauce

Instructions

1.Rinse sushi rice thoroughly in a strainer under cold water. Cook 8 ounces of sushi rice in 1 cup of water in a covered pot for 18-20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.

3.Put cucumber, daikon sprouts, and broiled freshwater eel on top of the sushi rice and roll tightly in a cylinder shape.
4.Brush unagi glaze on the outside of the roll and sprinkle sesame seeds over it. Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces.
5.Serve with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce on the side.
