Instructions

7.Remove the weights and parchment paper and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
8.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, superfine sugar, and lemon zest until light and frothy.
9.Whisk in the lemon juice and cream until well combined.
10.Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set.
11.Let the tart cool to room temperature before serving.
