Ingredients

10 g unflavored gelatin ( one sachet or enough to set 500ml of liquid )
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

200 g smoked salmon ( hot smoked )
100 g smoked salmon ( cold cured )
1 head iceberg lettuce
1/4 cucumber
2 tablespoons dill weed
1 lemon

Instructions
