2 lbs hamburger
4 ounces hot sausage , without casing
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup romano cheese
2 garlic cloves
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parsley , chopped
1 tablespoon pepper
2 eggs
1/4 loaf Italian bread , cubed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, add in 2lbs hamburger and 4 ounces of hot sausage without casing.
3.Add in 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of Romano cheese, 2 garlic cloves, 2 cups of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 2 eggs, and 1/4 loaf of Italian bread that’s cubed.
4.Mix all the ingredients well and ensure that the meat mix is uniformly combined.
5.Begin rolling the meatballs. Make sure each meatball is approximately the same size, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
6.Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
7.Top with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
