1/3 cup fresh parsley , chopped
1 garlic clove , minced
1 teaspoon dried mint , crushed
8 ounces grape leaves
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
plain yogurt
lemon slice ( for garnish )

Instructions

1.Rinse the grape leaves well with cold water and remove their stems.

3.On a flat surface, lay a grape leaf with the smooth side down.

5.Fold the bottom of the grape leaf over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up to seal the filling completely.
6.Repeat the process until all the filling is used.
7.Arrange the stuffed grape leaves in a large pot in a single layer.
8.Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice over the stuffed grape leaves.
9.Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
10.Serve the dolmas hot or cold with a dollop of plain yogurt and a slice of lemon for garnish.
