Ingredients

1/2 1/2 lb sirloin or 1/2 lb precut bulbogi beef
1 cup korean bbq bulgogi marinade
2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 -4 eggs
1 -2 cup bean sprouts
3/4 cup julienned zucchini
3/4 cup julienned carrot
1/2 cup chopped sauteed green onion
2 cups fresh Baby Spinach
1/4 cup kochujang vinegared hot pepper paste
8 -16 ounces cabbage kimchi ( cabbage pickled in hot pepper )
3 cups high grade sushi rice ( Korean )
1/2 cup fresh shiitake mushroom , sliced thinly
3/4 cup marinaded firm tofu

Dol Sot Bibim Bap is a popular Korean dish that is enjoyed by many around the world. The name literally translates to 'mixed rice in a hot stone pot'. The dish is typically served in a hot stone bowl, which keeps the rice and other ingredients warm and slightly crispy. Instructions

1.Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2.In a bowl, combine the sliced sirloin or precut beef with the Korean BBQ bulgogi marinade and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3.Heat a skillet or wok over high heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the pan. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
4.Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook until tender.
5.In a separate pan, saute the julienned carrots and zucchini until tender. Set aside.
6.In the same pan, saute the chopped green onion until slightly browned and set aside.
7.Crack 1-2 eggs into the same pan and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
8.In a small bowl, mix the kochujang vinegared hot pepper paste with 1 tbsp of sesame oil and set aside.
9.To assemble, divide the cooked sushi rice into 4 bowls. Arrange the cooked beef, sauteed vegetables, cooked shiitake mushrooms, spinach, and bean sprouts on top of the rice in separate sections. Add a dollop of the kochujang and sesame oil mixture on top and place the fried egg on the center of the bowl. Serve hot with cabbage kimchi on the side.
