1 small cucumber , peeled and diced ( about 1 cup )
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves , chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 -2 garlic clove , pressed
1/3 cup jicama , diced small
salt and pepper

Instructions

3.Fold in diced jicama, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite protein dishes.
