4 cups flour

1 pinch salt

1 cup milk ( I used a bit more ) or 1 cup water ( I used a bit more )

Instructions

5.Flatten each ball into a disc using your hands.
6.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and grease with cooking spray.
7.Add the discs to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
8.Repeat with the remaining dough.
9.Serve the Diphaphata warm or at room temperature.
