1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro ( optional )
1 tablespoon peas ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, orange peel, and baking soda until well combined.
2.Add the beaten egg, cornstarch, cold water, vegetable oil, white pepper, salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cilantro, and peas to the bowl with the beef mixture. Mix well.
3.Wet your hands and form the beef mixture into bite-sized balls.
4.Arrange the beef balls in a steamer basket, spacing them out evenly.
5.Steam the beef balls for 10-15 minutes until they are fully cooked.
