Dim Sims are a popular Australian dish that have their roots in China. These Aussie-style dim sims are made with a mix of minced beef or chicken, ground pork, and spices, and are wrapped in a thin dough made from glutinous-rice flour and potato flour. They are then steamed until cooked through, making them a healthier option than deep-fried dim sims. These dim sims are perfect for serving as an appetizer at any event or as a main dish for dinner tonight.

1.In a large bowl, mix together the glutinous-rice flour, potato flour, salt, and sugar until well combined.
2.Gradually add in the boiling water, stirring until a dough forms.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together the minced beef or chicken, ground pork, salt, pepper, paprika, ground ginger, chilies, onion, cabbage, carrot, and egg white until well combined.
