6 potatoes , thinly sliced
1 large onion , cut into matchstick-size pieces
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk , or more as needed
Dijonnaise™ Potatoes is a classic French side dish that is easy to make and absolutely delicious. It is the perfect side dish for any roasted meat, especially beef or chicken. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a greased 13x9-inch baking dish, layer potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Pour water over top. Dot with butter.
3.In a small bowl, whisk flour and milk until smooth; pour over potatoes.
4.Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, 25-30 minutes longer.
