1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup egg white
1/4 cup fat free sour cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix the unbleached flour, Splenda sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
3.In a separate bowl, mix the heart-healthy margarine, unsweetened apple sauce, vanilla, egg white, and fat-free sour cream.
4.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the dough is combined.
5.Lightly flour your hands and form the dough into a long, flat loaf shape on a baking sheet.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
8.Using a sharp serrated knife, slice the loaf diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices and place back onto the baking sheet.
9.Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until crisp.
