Ingredients

16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/3 cup fat-free margarine , melted ( I used Bacel Topping Spray and used far less than 1/3 cup by spraying it on )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and herbs together in a shallow dish.

4.Rinse the chicken breasts with cold water and pat them dry.
5.Dip each chicken breast into the melted margarine, and then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs into the chicken to coat it.
6.Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
7.Bake the chicken breasts for about 40 minutes or until they are no longer pink and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
8.Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
