2 tablespoons raspberry jam
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons malt vinegar
5 drops hot pepper sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan, combine raspberry jam, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, malt vinegar and hot pepper sauce.
2.Mix well and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3.Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
4.Add salt and black pepper to taste.
5.Use immediately or let it cool before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
