6 hard-boiled eggs

6 -12 french tarragon leaves ( NOT dried tarragon )
cracked black pepper

Instructions

1.Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

5.Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
6.Garnish each with a french tarragon leaf and serve chilled.
