1 cup spring onion

Instructions

5.Add the blanched cauliflower to the gravy and mix it well. Cook for another 10-15 minutes on medium heat until the cauliflower is fully cooked.
6.Garnish with fresh coriander and spring onion, and serve hot with rice or roti.
