Ingredients

4 nests of fine rice noodles
1 handfull unsalted peanuts or 1 handfull cashew nuts
325 g ground pork
25 ml olive oil
15 g curry powder
20 g Chinese five spice powder
1 stick ginger
1 1/8 garlic cloves
1/2 of a white cabbage ( shreded )
2 large free range eggs
10 ml soy sauce
1 lime , juice of
3 red chilies
4 1/4 spring onions
200 g chicken ( cooked ) or 200 g king prawns

Instructions

1.Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

7.Push the pork and cabbage to one side of the frying pan and crack the eggs into the empty side, scrambling them until cooked.
8.Add the cooked rice noodles, soy sauce, lime juice, and chopped chilies to the frying pan, stirring to combine with the pork, cabbage, and eggs.
9.Finally, add the cooked chicken or king prawns to the frying pan and stir to combine with the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately.
