2 jalapeno peppers , chopped

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, jalapeno peppers, cilantro and lime juice.
2.Stir well to combine and let sit for 10-15 minutes so the flavors can meld together.
3.Serve with tortilla chips, add to tacos, burritos or on top of grilled chicken or fish for added flavor.

CONS

While jalapeno peppers are generally not very spicy, some may find the dish too spicy, so it would be better to use a milder range of peppers if serving to a broader audience
