Ingredients

3/4 can condensed milk
150 g cottage cheese
150 g khoya ( dried milk powder )
50 g all-purpose flour ( maida )
75 g pistachios , finely chopped and powdered in a mixer

Instructions

1.In a pan cook all-purpose flour on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
2.In a separate pan add cottage cheese and khoya and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
3.To the cottage cheese and khoya mixture, add the condensed milk and cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until it becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
4.Add powdered pistachios and cooked all-purpose flour, mix well.
5.Remove from heat and let it cool for 5-6 minutes.
6.Grease a plate and pour the mixture onto it. Spread it evenly and let it set for 15-20 minutes.
7.Cut it into desired shapes and garnish with chopped pistachios.
8.Serve and enjoy!
