1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
1/2 tablespoon mint chutney

oil , for frying
1 tablespoon cilantro leaf , chopped ( garnish )
salt , per taste

Instructions

1.Cut boiled potatoes into bite-size pieces.
2.Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes till crispy.

4.Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney on top of the potatoes.
5.Garnish with chopped cilantro.
