20 large stuffed Spanish olives
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 cups canola oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.Heat canola oil on medium-high heat in a deep pot.
2.In three separate bowls place 2 cups flour, 2 beaten eggs and 2 cups breadcrumbs mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
3.Dip each olive in flour, then in egg and coat well in breadcrumbs.
4.Fry the olives for approximately 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Take them out with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel lined plate.
