Instructions

5.Add milk and continue stirring until mixture thickens.
6.Mix in cooked rice, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt, and pepper. Cool mixture to room temperature.
7.In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs.
8.Form the cooled mixture into small balls, roll them in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
9.Heat vegetable oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan over medium-high heat.
10.Deep-fry croquettes in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels before serving.
