2 -3 ripe plum tomatoes or 2 -3 round tomatoes , sliced thinly lengthwise
16 fresh basil leaves
1 small green bell pepper , sliced into 1/4 inch strips
1 small red bell pepper , sliced into 1/4 inch strips

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Mix well.
2.Add whole wheat flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
3.Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
4.Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for one hour.
5.Preheat the oven to 425°F.
6.In a skillet, heat olive oil and add onion and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
7.Add canned plum tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, and hot red pepper flakes. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8.In another skillet, heat olive oil and garlic. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain any excess water.
9.Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza pan. Roll out the dough and place it in the pan.
10.Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, green and red bell peppers, and spinach.
11.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
