1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup bread flour
1/4 cup corn oil
2 teaspoons salt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Wait for 10 minutes or until it becomes frothy.
2.Mix all-purpose flour and bread flour, corn oil, and salt into the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough forms.
3.Place dough onto a floured surface and knead for at least 5 minutes. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a plastic wrap. Set aside to rise for 1 hour.
4.Punch down and place the dough into a greased 9x13 inch dish. Spread 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil on top of the dough. Cover again and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5.Preheat oven to 425°F. Add your favorite toppings to the pizza dough and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
