1/2 cup sofrito sauce
17 ounces fully cooked pork roast au jus sauce
14 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes with garlic or 14 1/2 ounces onions , undrained
1 box , frozen arepas
cooking spray
1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese , shredded
1/2 lime

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Spread sofrito sauce in an even layer at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3.Shred the fully cooked pork and spread it over the sofrito sauce.
4.Pour the canned tomatoes with garlic or onions (undrained) on top of the pork.
5.Cut frozen arepas into 1-inch cubes and spread them on top of the tomato layer.
6.Lightly spray the top with cooking spray, then sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese over the arepas.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the dish is heated through.
8.Squeeze lime over the top and serve.
