1 can refried beans ( I use the fat-free beans )
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 avocados , mashed
2 cups light sour cream
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup colby cheese
sliced black olives
diced tomato

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans and taco seasoning mix.
3.Spread the bean mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4.Mash the avocados until smooth and layer it on top of the beans.
5.Spread sour cream over the mashed avocados.
6.Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack, cheddar or Colby cheese, black olives, and diced tomatoes over the sour cream.
7.Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted.
8.Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
