1 lb monterey jack cheese
1 lb cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons white flour
1 dozen egg
2 lbs whole green chilies ( ortega )
0.5 can green chili salsa
0.5 can tomato sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, shred the monterey jack and cheddar cheeses and sprinkle with flour. Mix well.

4.Remove the seeds and stems from the whole green chilies and stuff with the cheese mixture. Arrange in a baking dish.
5.Pour the beaten eggs over the chilies.
6.Mix together the green chili salsa and tomato sauce and pour over the egg mixture.
