1 cup unsalted butter , cold , cut into pats
6 ounces cream cheese , cut into pieces
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup walnuts , finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins , finely chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
3.Add butter and cream cheese and cut in with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
4.Add sour cream and mix until a dough forms.
5.Divide dough into 3 equal parts.
6.In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
7.On a lightly floured surface, roll out one part of dough into a 1/8 inch thick circle.
8.Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough.
9.Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the chopped walnuts and 1/4 cup of the chopped raisins over the dough.
10.Cut dough into 16 equal sized triangles. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
11.Place rugelach on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
12.Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
13.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the rugelach are golden brown.
14.Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
