Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter , softened
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter ( half stick butter )
1/3 cup sugar , mixed with
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ( you can increase cinnamon if you like . )

Instructions

1.Heat oven to 375°F.
2.In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, and nutmeg.
3.Cut in 2 tablespoons butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
4.Add milk and egg; stir just until well blended.
5.Drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
6.Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Brush puffs with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
